1. Acceptance of Terms
ShowMyFeed ("the Service") is operated by SVK Media s.r.o., Zadunajská cesta 3999/16, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 46083430, VAT ID: SK2023226865.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ShowMyFeed allows users to connect their Instagram Business or Creator accounts and generate embeddable widgets displaying their Instagram media on third-party websites. The Service communicates with Instagram via the official Meta Graph API.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Instagram Content
All media displayed through the Service is owned by you or your authorized users. ShowMyFeed does not claim ownership of your Instagram content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to display and embed your Instagram content.
6. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed per connected Instagram account on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service in a way that disrupts or damages it
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowMyFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
